being seen
When I went to the market after my tour around the blocks, there was a new sacker bagging my Taco Tuesday fixings. “How’s your day going,” I asked. “Smooooth,” he said, “Thanks for asking.”
I loved C's answer—I appreciated his reminder that it’s good to be seen, asked after, engaged with those around us.
I hope this week is paved with gentleness for you—with connections to others, with love in every step.
