greet the dawn
One of the hardest things for me to capture ‘on film’ is the moon. Goodness, though, the sliver’s glow this morning as I headed to meet a friend.
I’ve long concluded that the moon’s elusive nature is because I’m meant to bask in the experiencing over the framed remembering. No picture ever does justice to the presently enjoyed.
Same goes for walks… and the people and figuring and friendship that fill the miles.
“We’re here for a little window. And to use that time to catch and share shards of light and laugher and grace seems to me the great story.” —Brian Doyle
